She regards herself as the bold and beautiful type and has had a remarkable stint with Banswara Syntex Ltd. She cherishes every bit about her journey with BSL so far.

Working in Merchandising, Sneha who loves to be addressed thus, takes pride in telling us how she has diligently executed her responsibilities; which is end-to-end execution of orders, and has delivered results for the key accounts of the company successfully.

Someone with a positive outlook for life, Sneha always wanted to make a difference in the world and as a child she wished to be an IAS officer or a Journalist. We are extremely proud to have a sincere and sympathetic employee with us who is not only passionate about herself but also, the society. Sneha’s dedication is a testament to her exceptional work ethic and commitment with which she approaches every task every day.

Key to Success: Stability, Focus, and Embracing Change

When asked what is the key to success, Sneha enthusiastically shared, “Being stable & focused and at the same time and look at new changes & innovations with an open mind. As they say Change is the real constant.” Now isn’t that inspiring? Her futuristic approach for BSL is that as a company BSL should introduce more modern-day apparels long side formal wear as she firmly believes it will work wonders for the group.

Always aiming for the moon, Sneha doesn’t favor playing the small game. With attributes such as honest, funny, sarcastic, and being vocal, in her kitty, she ensures she grabs the right opportunities and makes them big. ‘Never take problems too seriously’ and ‘Never be bothered with ‘log kya kahenge?’ are her mantras for life and she truly advocates them. Sneha shines through the Banswara universe owing to these magnetic qualities.

Dancing Through Life's Rhythms

We asked Sneha for her most favorable moment and she led us to the day when she completed her trek to Bijli Mahadev in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh. She said that place still has her heart. Well, that and dancing! Her husband and her son make her the rock she is and she completes them as much as they complete her.
