Dear Banswara Syntex Family,
It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that we extend a warm welcome to our newest member, Mr. Sunil Kumar Rao, who has joined us as the Assistant Vice President of the Spinning Department at our BSL unit.
About Mr. Sunil Kumar Rao:
With a dynamic career spanning over twenty-four years, Mr. Rao brings a wealth of experience and expertise in spinning and his technical acumen includes hands-on experience with a variety of textile machines. He has a proven track record of operational management, implementing 5-S & TQM, and achieving cost reductions while ensuring top-notch quality standards.
Career Highlights:
Successfully managed functions of the Production department in various capacities.
Led the spinning department, ensuring maintenance and quality of the plant.
Implemented measures for waste reduction and achieving zero breakdowns.
Educational Background:
Mr. Rao holds a B.Tech. degree in Textile Technology from M.S. University, Baroda, and has consistently demonstrated a commitment to ongoing learning and skill development.
Having worked in companies like Deepak Spinners and RSWM, Mr. Rao is ready to play his second stint in Banswara Syntex Ltd. We are confident to reach new heights in spinning efficiency, quality, and innovation. His strategic vision aligns seamlessly with our commitment to excellence.
