Embracing Cleanliness: Gandhi Safai Abhiyan at Banswara

At Banswara Syntex, we've launched the Gandhi Safai Abhiyan, a vital initiative aimed at fostering a cleaner and healthier environment within our labour colonies. This campaign, which began on April 20th, takes place every third and fourth Saturday of the month, involving children from our labour communities at BSL and BFL colonies, respectively(Banswara location).

Using the innovative Gandhi Chhadi , a tool designed to pick up waste without hand contact, children engage in cleaning activities, learning the value of cleanliness and the direct impact it has on health. This initiative not only educates but also actively involves the community, rewarding those who make significant contributions to the cleanup efforts, thus fostering a spirit of competition and motivation among the children.

Guided by Ms. Disha, Ms. Rajshree, and our cleaning supervisor from the FFS team, the Gandhi Safai Abhiyan is more than just a cleanup effort. It's a movement towards creating lasting environmental awareness among our youngest residents and their families.
