Banswara Syntex Ltd. is thrilled to announce the launch of the “Clean and Lean – 5S Way” initiative, a significant step towards enhancing workplace organization, productivity, and safety across our garment division in Daman and Surat. Through the 5S methodology—Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain—we’re committed to creating a cleaner, more efficient, and safer work environment that fosters continuous improvement and team engagement.

Milestones and Recognition Our journey began with a meeting led by Business Head Mr. Rahul Bhadoria Ji, where TQM and TPM principles were introduced. The first Steering Committee meeting on October 26th, 2024, outlined the rollout plan, with implementation starting in November. QC Captains will be recognized with a Badge allotment to them at our Diwali event on October 31st, 2024 to officially rolling out the program.
