Some milestones deserve more than just recognition—they deserve a celebration. On March 22nd, 2025, we came together at Syntex Garden, Banswara, to honor an exceptional group of individuals who have each completed over 25 years of dedicated service with Banswara Syntex.

This heartfelt evening, graced by our Managing Director, Shri Ravi Toshniwal ji, was more than just a ceremony—it was a powerful reminder of the loyalty, hard work, and values that have helped shape our company over decades.

The gathering was also attended by leaders and well-wishers including Mr. S.K. Pandey, Mr. B.C. Kaushik, Ms. Kavita Soni, Mr. S.K. Bhomia, and Mr. Vineet Srivastava, making the evening all the more memorable. Light refreshments and a warm atmosphere made it a perfect setting to reflect, reconnect, and celebrate.

A total of 35 team members from various departments were recognized—from HR, Engineering, and Yarn Spinning, to Commercial, Security, Development, and more.

We were proud to honor: V.P.
