Meet Arjun, a young and vivacious marketing enthusiast who thrives on challenges and opportunities. Arjun has a very versatile personality as he readily adapts to evolving trends and standards. As a Senior Marketing Executive, Arjun is involved in product development, meeting targets, improving his business, and growing his team. With a long stint of 9 years at Banswara, Arjun has a lot of memories and learnings in his work satchel which he gladly shared with us.

Arjun’s greatest strengths are his positive attitude and humble demeanour toward juniors and seniors alike. He is a firm believer in the power of learning from his experts, adapting to change, willingness to evolve, grow, and contribute to self and company’s vision and mission. Loyalty is an integral part of Arjun’s character and it has always helped him form great bonds with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, fostering long-lasting relationships. Charismatic and 'Jugadu'

Notorious’ is what best describes Arjun and his ever-inspiring attitude is so infectious, that people can’t stop wanting to be around him at all times. Such a charismatic employee who calls himself ‘jugadu’, Arjun loves to travel, communicate with people, and play cricket, and listen to songs. When we asked him about his best memory till date, he excitingly recited the day he got his first salary that cheered up his mother. Don’t we all remember that?!
