Meet Ms. Kavita Gandhi, our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who has a strong sense of commitment and responsibility toward her roles and responsibilities, effectively managing administrative, financial, and risk management operations within organizations. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in driving sustainable profits and growth, developing financial strategies, and overseeing critical functions such as Treasury, Finance and accounts, Taxation, M&A, Secretarial Compliance, Investor Relations, and Divisional commercial activities. Further to this, she will also be responsible for managing the HR, IT, and other Commercial activities.

Her experience showcases an impeccable track record in setting up corporate governance, risk management process , and other compliance. She has effectively managed fiduciary functions by collaborating with the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and Risk Committee. Her expertise ensures governance, compliance, and fulfils the board's requirements. She has also developed and implemented robust financial and commercial controls, establishing an effective internal financial control (IFC) framework, and ensuring adherence to all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Her proficiency extends to capital management, financing, debt raising, cash flow management, banker relationship management, and liaising with credit rating agencies too.

Her proficiency extends to capital management, financing, debt raising, cash flow management, banker relationship management, and liaising with credit rating agencies too
